Use of "Swarovski" should only occur in text that describes the component parts as being manufactured by Swarovski.

State that there is no relationship between any Swarovski company and the manufacturer of the finished product.

State that "Swarovski" is registered trademark of Swarovski AG or use the ® symbol after the name Swarovski.

Use the same size lettering for "Swarovski" as for the rest of the text of the disclosure statement
